The SmileI look around the dimly lit room and stare blankly at the woman next to me. We've been sitting like this, working our fingers bare, flesh raw for a few hours now, and haven't even really noticed each other. She hands me what I need, I take it, like a selfish little boy and do my small part in the world. But I'm watching her now and I notice that she has the slightest little tilt to her head and a small smile stuck to her bubble gum lips. The man next on the other side of me leans over and tells me that this simple woman is crazy, that she killed someone and that's why she was working here. A song and a smileThe sound is liquid chocolate, rolling off his tongue like sweet cherry kisses and rain. It's a liquid sound that flows from blossom lips with such integrity I can taste it. It tastes like fire and ambrosia, the sweet nectar of words heightens my taste buds and overflows my mouth with reverence. The song is too simple but the meaning, oh the meaning is like gold. Missing my baby. He left about an hour ago and I'm already in shambles. He really needs to move out here.

But we had fun this weekend, going all over the places and the lovely, nice raw...

I've been so swamped with work I want to kill myself. Ugh, but it pays me, so I'll have to stick with it, ne?
